Christina Guieb is a Filipina dance artist from Aotearoa, New Zealand, and is currently based in Antwerp, Belgium. In 2017, she graduated from the New Zealand School of Dance, majoring in contemporary dance. She started her career freelancing between NZ & Australia, working with choreographers and companies such as Ross McCormack/Muscle Mouth (As It Stands and Artefact), Antony Hamilton/Chunky Move (Token Armies), New Zealand Dance Company and Good Company Arts (PEPE and Ad Parnassum). Since 2021, she has performed in works of Damien Jalet such as Planet [wanderer], DuEls and now Thrice. Since 2022, she has been working with Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui/Eastman, performing in works such as 3S and Nomad. From 2022-2024, Christina was a company dancer for the Opera Ballet Vlaanderen where she performed in works such as Jermaine Spivey's Extant, Jan Marten's FUTUR PROCHE and Alain Platel's Ombra. In 2025, Christina performed in two works of Franck Chartier/Peeping Tom: Dido & Aeneas and S 62° 58', W 60° 39'. She also performed with Cie Demestri+Lefeuvre in their work, Holobiontes.
