Helena was born in Barcelona, Spain. She showed an interest for art at a very young age, playing cello at age of four and switching to violin at seven. At the age of nine she decided to start dancing, practicing ballet, contemporary dance, flamenco and traditional dance, while at the same time continuing her violin study. She joined the Conservatoire of Institut del Teatre in Barcelona, where she graduated from the department of contemporary dance.

In 2015 Helena was selected to continue her studies at the Codarts University of the Arts in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. During her studies she worked with choreographers like Cayetano Soto, Danielle Agami, and Stephen Shopshire, and choreographed a duet, Careful Who You Meet, and a solo, Grifo, both performed in Korzo Theater in The Hague, Theater Rotterdam and Turkey’s Solo CerModern Festival.

Discovering the Israeli dance scene, Helena joined Vertigo Dance Company and danced One one & one, Leela and White Noise. Back in Europe, Helena took base in Paris and collaborated in various projects such as Kor’sia Igra (2021) and Mont Ventoux (2023). She takes part in a new project with Robinson Cassarino, and started the creation of a new solo Thick Skin, while developing a modeling career.

Helena met Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui during a fashion project, after which she joined the 2021 tour of Nomad, and the creations of Vlaemsch (chez moi) (2022) and Hanjo (2023).
